1. Sales Assistant:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities such as
generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive
business growth.
2. IT Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting
hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks,
and peripherals.
Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements
as required.
3. Software Assistant:
Support the software development team & the customers in
communicating, testing, debugging list, and documenting software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather
requirements, design solutions, and implement software features.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing
software products.
4. Warehouse Assistant:
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving,
inspecting, and stocking inventory.
Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment,
following safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
abilities.
- Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the respective field is
preferred but not required.
